Alan Pransky represents individuals in the courts of Greater Boston and provides a wide range of representation in all aspects of family law including divorce, support, custody, modification, contempt, paternity, prenuptial agreements and restraining orders.
He brings over thirty years of experience to every case and works for the best interests of the client. He approaches each case with compassion, creativity, and knowledge of the law. He represents clients in high-conflict divorce and family law cases as well as clients who use mediation to resolve their issues. Alan works as a mediation coach to advise clients while they are engaged in litigation. While most of his cases involve full representation, he also provides services through the limited assistance representation program. He also frequently cases related to family law including restraining order cases, criminal cases, and real estate matters.
Alan taught paralegal students at Newbury College for over twenty years. He was interviewed on Fox 25 News and has taught programs at Mass Continuing Legal Education and the Norfolk Law Library Foundation. Alan volunteers his services to the Lawyer of the Day program in Norfolk Probate Court and as a legal observer at elections in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
