Erin McCoy Alarcon, Esq., is passionate about working with families and helping people navigate and resolve conflict. With 2 decades of litigation experience, Erin understands how costly and emotionally draining conflict can be.
Using a facilitative approach, Erin helps people explore their common underlying interests and goals to devise creative, workable and sustainable solutions.
In 2022, Erin was a recipient of the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Excellence in Law - Alternative Dispute Resolution award. Erin received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College. She is licensed in MA and NH, and serves on the NH Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Committee. She is also a member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators and the NH Conflict Resolution Association.
She is an avid reader and enjoys hiking and being outside. Erin resides with her husband, three sons - two of whom are autistic, and an autism assistance service dog extraordinaire . She serves on the Stoneham Disability Commission and Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (SEPAC), and is a member and elder in the Presbyterian Church of Burlington.
